These Terms govern your use of the AIIMS app. By signing in and using the app, you agree to them. Accounts are issued by AIIMS to existing customers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the chat to send content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
- You can report any message you find objectionable.
- You can block another participant from a conversation.
- We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the messages and files you send. You grant AIIMS the rights needed to transmit, store, and display that content to operate the support service.
Account & termination
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app (chat screen → menu → “Delete account”). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Disclaimer
The app is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AIIMS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
